FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these authorized cultural products?

Our products are sourced through legitimate licensed cultural-product channels, authorized brand partners, or verified supply partners. Some items may be connected with museum cultural and creative product lines through authorized distribution channels.

Is China Museum Gifts operated by a museum?

No. China Museum Gifts is a curated retailer, not the museum-operated website of any single museum. We avoid unsupported official-store claims while still accurately presenting authorized or licensed products where applicable.

Can I ask about the source of a specific product?

Yes. Email support@cmgiftshop.com with the product link and your question. We can help explain the product line, supply channel, or gift suitability when the information is available.

Are the products suitable as gifts?

Yes. We curate products with gifting and practical everyday use in mind, including birthday gifts, wedding gifts, housewarming gifts, tea lover gifts, graduation gifts, Chinese New Year gifts, travel souvenirs, and gifts for her.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided when available from the shipping service. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours after dispatch.

How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery usually takes 10-14 days after shipment, depending on destination, customs, local carriers, and seasonal conditions.

Are duties and import taxes included?

Where required, normal customs duties and import taxes are included in our product pricing. Customers are not expected to pay separate normal import or customs charges at delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package, packing material, and item. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will help with a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution where applicable.

Can you help me choose a gift?
