Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 1-2 business days before shipment. During holidays, high-volume periods, or special product checks, processing may take slightly longer, and we will keep the order moving as quickly as possible.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery usually takes 10-14 days after shipment. Delivery timing may vary by destination, local carriers, weather, holidays, or regional service delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after the order ships. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For a clearer shopping experience, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and standard cross-border tax costs are included in our product pricing where required. Customers are not expected to pay separate customs or import tax charges for normal delivery. If a local authority or carrier contacts you about an unusual customs issue, please contact us before making any payment.

Gift packaging and protection

Fragile or decorative items are packed with reasonable protective materials. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the outer package, inner packaging, and damaged item.
