We want your cultural gift to arrive as expected. Please review the return conditions below before placing an order.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Non-returnable items

  • Used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items.
  • Items missing packaging, tags, accessories, or gift components.
  • Personalized, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive items, unless defective or incorrectly sent.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and offer a suitable replacement, refund, or other resolution where applicable.

Return shipping

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent, we will help resolve the issue and cover reasonable return or replacement shipping where applicable. For preference-based returns, contact us first so we can confirm the best return path before you ship anything back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
